Since 1977, High Belem Chemistry Co., Ltd.’s parent company-- SOFNON International Co., Ltd. successfully manages the “beauty” business in multi-aspect, specially in cosmetics and health foods products. SOFNON Corporation was established by President Huang Guam-Hsien, currently owns 8 self-owned brands (SOFNON、NOBORI、Tsaio、PLUS+、JUST@100、Always Black、in Ocean、thetsaio) to meet different needs from various customer ages and price levels. The completed product lines include more than 5000 production items including facial care, hair care, body care, and health foods. In addition, SOFNON corporation serves many domestic large cosmetic brands, and some overseas companies such as Watsons through our OEM/ODM services.
About our R&D Group
Since High Belem’s inception in 1977, our research and development team keeps technical cooperation with Japan TOYO KASEI Co., Ltd. In order to sustain improving, most raw materials are imported from Japan, the United States, France, Switzerland, Italy and Germany. Imports of raw materials and products have passed each health unit eligibility criteria and comply with provisions of the United States CTFA and Europe EEC international inspection standards. In recent years, High Belem particularly focuses on developing organic products
